Good prices on many items. Items were out of stock but shipped quickly once Eibmarkt received them from the manufacturer. The items were packed well enough and shipping to the US was quite fast.

The prices were very competitive and order execution from order to delivery was superb. Five stars for these two metrics.
However, payment options were very very poor. I am a non-EU customer and the only payment option was Paypal. So in addition to usual credit card spread on currency exchange I had to pay exorbitant PayPal charges for no good reason! So zero stars for this metric.
Further, the goods ship without local tax- which is fine. Except that DHL has an exorbitant additional charge just to collect local tax! So zero stars for that.

Competitive prices and superb order execution BUT....

Thank you for the feedback. We do not charge any fees, no matter what the payment method. The reason for this may be a contractual agreement between your bank and PayPal. In our eibabo® shop system you will find the option of paying by credit card and many other payment methods: e.g. Credit card, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, GiroPay, Apple Pay ...
Deliveries outside the EU are always without import costs. No customs or other import costs are included in our delivery costs. This is clearly shown in all relevant places in the shop and comparison portals. Our partner DHL has to charge all the cost and has to take these to the public authorities. Every customer has to inform himself by DHL for the costs he has to pay for his goods pay scale group in the target country. Before ordering from DHL, every customer should find out about the costs they incur for their goods tariff group in the destination country.
