Although the product was available in the warehouse according to the online delivery information, it still needed to be dispatched from the manufacturer, who had a severe backlog. However, the customer service made efforts to get the delivery with only 2 weeks of delay.
Dispatched in time, well packed (one order position folded since the box was not wide enough...), of course (it should be, but this is not the case always) all items according to the order, good information about the order and finally an invoice/receipt was sent. The prices slightly higher, but for the rest all good. This was the first order and I can recommend eibmarkt!! (Ordered from Sweden.)
Bad delivery service with GLS.
They never deliver parcels and you have to go and pick them up at the GLS office.

We politely apologise for the circumstances. Due to the current worldwide corona pandemic, there are many problems with parcel transport. The senders in all countries change delivery conditions almost daily, also for security reasons, which we unfortunately have no influence on. Many thanks for your understanding.
