I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

POOR DELIVERY (12 DAYS! (?) POOR PACKAGING, OUR PRINTS WERE CREASED THROUGH APPARENT ROUGH HANDLING DURING TRANSIT - PIC SHOWS CRUSHED BOX. THE PRINTS THEMSELVES ARE GOOD QUALITY THOUGH, IN OUR CASE, UNUSABLE DUE TO DAMAGE SUSTAINED - REALLY DISAPPOINTING....

The picture is OK (imperfection on the nose which wasn't on the original) but delivery was a shambles. First due Thursday, then Friday, then Monday and then, eventually Tuesday- too late for father's day. Very dissatisfied with ups, the chosen courier.

Failure in the acrylic cutting

Ordered 2 100cmx 50cm acrylic pictures on 2 separate occasions. Both have had problems in the cutting process with the first removing the edges of the image and the second with chipping of the acrylic along the edges, so both have had to be redone

My order arrived with the image bit stretched properly and white border to top and bottom. No word back from customer services as yet. It's a Christmas present so not going to arrive in time now and I've ordered several other products

This was my 3rd purchase and felt it could of been better ordered 30×20 times 3 pictures great but someone got there measurements wrong 2 of them are not correct 1 slightly larger 1slighty smaller but they look odd when put together

Quality great, delivery takes years

Whilst the quality of the product is excellent and the tracking is really good. The product room 8 days to be created (despite the website quoting 1) and then 4 weeks to be delivered. It was a birthday present that was very lage.

Thought I was ordering an acrylic block as was what seemed to be depicted. What arrived was about 3mm thick, won't stand up by itself, too think for a frame and can't be hung. What I'm supposed to do with it is anyone's guess!

Took 2 weeks to show up.. Blamed the ups delivery company but ups said they didn’t receive my package for 10 days after the label was printed. Was meant to be a gift so really disappointed. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

Inappropriate finishing

This product wasn't what I had expected. I thought the image would be imprinted within the glass, however it was just a photo that had been stuck on at the back of the glass; something which I could have done much cheaper.

Delivery took 3 weeks and communications very poor regarding late delivery. Eventually it was left at local shop and I was not informed. Have used this company a few times but will not be using or recommending them again

The picture quality is really not that great! And it took a long time for delivery it was meant to be a Father’s Day present and it arrived two days later! Very disappointing and probably won’t order from here again

The pics are nice but delivery was horrible! All of my parcels were delivered to the parcel shop instead and UPS never even notified me. I only found out my parcels were there cos I decided to track them.

Resolution and contrast below the expected standard , the subject (which was spherical in the original was not in the print) failed to reach the expected standard and therefore not value for money..

Happy with product but delivery performance is poor.

Delivery kept being changed. Parcel had to be signed for which is ok but estimated delivery time is given as 'end of day' ?? You wait in all day and then your parcel doesn't get delivered.

Not great!

The picture took so long to come and its nit a great print its blurry and a bit distorted. The frame was lovely and well packed but not to impressed with the finished product.

The picture quality was not the sharpest but the main problem was the adhesive tiles supplied, which remove paint from the wall as soon as the picture tile is removed :(((
