I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Order delay

Despite placing my order on 26th January I did not receive the item until the 10th February, this is far longer than delivery times stated on website. After chasing several times I was informed there was a manufacturing issue which had delayed the order, then once despatched Yodel twice failed to deliver the item so all round not a great experience.

Item for Valentines arrived damaged. Reported to the courier who were totally uninterested that they had kindly fed cardboard and plastic to dogs. So aside a mess on the drive dogs to the vets. Reported to My picture. Between courier and My picture I am £90 worse off for the vet, and no Valentine present.

Photo jigsaw- no box or reference picture

I ordered a photo jigsaw for my dads 86th birthday of him and my mom when they were young. It arrived made up and flat - it didn't have a box or even a copy of the picture to work from! What jigsaw comes without the picture- he'll never be able to work out where the pieces go. Really disappointed.

Photo size includes border card…

Sizes of photos given were not actual size of photo but size of photo with wide border frame ,so photo much smaller than expected. Brass coloured hanging fitting not even attached to frame but supplied with screws that are ridiculously long

The automated system is shocking , the back up chat is just as bad. It didn't recognise my email or order number, even though they sent it to me.. the product was good hence the 2 stars

Really disappointed . I ordered a jigsaw print as a present. Since when does a jigsaw come without a box ? Without the image on? It just arrived loose in a large envelope.

Disappointed.

It's a nice mug, nice small size for coffee. The quality of the photo was terrible though...looked like it had been painted on.... disappointing.

MY PARTNER SURPRISED ME WITH ONE OF MY PICTURES AND GOT MY PICTURE TO PRINT AND PUT INTO A BIG FRAME WITH MOUNT. APPARENTLY, I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE CHOSED A DIFFERENT PICTURE. I ATTEMPTED TO TAKE OUT THE PICTURE FROM THE FRAME AND LO AND BEHOLD THE BACKING WOULD NOT COME OFF AS IT HAD BEEN GLUED DOWN! WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SAID "OH THAT IS HOW IT COMES". I SAID "I WANT TO TAKE THE PICTURE OUT". SHE THEN SAID "WELL YOU CANNOT UNLESS YOU DAMAGE IT IN THE PROCESS". SO NOW I AM LEFT WITH A LARGE PICTURE AND FRAME WHICH I STUCK IN THE SHED! I WILLL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. BE WARNED!
