I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

The items themselves were excellent, great quality, vibrant colour and look lovely. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was (it seems) slow delivery from YODEL. MyPicture confirmed "order in transit" on Tuesday 5th, the items arrived on Monday 11th. I was offered an excellent discount on further purchases after my initial order but these had expired by the time I received my items. I didn't feel confident enough to place additional orders until I'd seen my initial order. I would use MyPicture again, perhaps extend the discounted offers to allow time for delivery, I'm sure more people would place additional orders.

Awesome products, needs a change of courier

Absolutely great products with rapid printing and dispatch- I've been really impressed. Thanks Mypicture! I'd definitely recommend the company. I'm only dropping a star due to the service from the delivery partner Yodel- very slow with tracking that wasn't working (leading to a missed birthday). Any other courier would make me more likely to use the service again... Yodel are notoriously bad.

Family photos

I ordered two items. The larger item is really lovely and delivered on time. The second small item that has 6 photos was delivered later and there are cream square shaped borders within each photo that l don’t like the look of. I don’t understand why the borders are not around the edges of the photos.

Great quality and savely packaged

The quality of the products is excellent and all was packed up perfectly save I side the parcel. Great. The only thing is that delivery takes very long and there is no option for a faster delivery, like with extra charge. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

Only a tiny preview.

I found the end result satisfactory but the process of seeing the image before ordering very difficult. Alternatively Photobox's system allows one to see a bigger image of the selected image on the screen. Mypicture only allowed a tiny sized preview.

Once process was understood, I found it very usable.

After getting used to the process, I found it very usable. I would have liked to have been able to edit my book after it had been printed before ordering more copies as there were a few minor errors. I had to rebuild the book from scratch again.

Quick turn around

The 5 canvasses arrived and the quality of the canvasses is great. The turn around time at the factory was good too! The only fly in the ointment was the time it took the courier company took! The couriers took over a week to deliver them!

The delivery took a couple of days longer than it should and nobody could tell me where the actual parcel was except for being in transit. However, the canvas delivered is very nice. Well made, and good for the price. Would use again.

The order took too long to process and there were some air bubbles under the perspex even though I paid for the premium product. I know this is a difficult process as I used to have a print company.

When emailing to say its on it's way, Every time I check my tracker the same info is usually shown for 3/4 days.Do not show "despached when it is not on the way. Otherwise every thing is fine.

Overall it looks pretty good. Although the canvas is small I thought it would stretch tighter and cleaver than it is. Hence the 4 rating and not a 5.

Options for hanging

The picture and frame are super quality but would have liked reference to hanging options like hooks for wire/string or Commando type sticky pads.
