The only thing that would be better is to offer loyal customers a discount on the discount lol… wishful thinking on my part! I started buying pictures on canvas for myself by my 3rd for myself i now buy large canvas pictures for my family too for christmas gifts or just because! I think if your happy with the experience for yourself the fact that every member of family ive bought for aswell ( brother,sister,son,daughter & friends ) to get feedback from them over the moon with what theyve recieved is testamount to my-picture as a company and the fact they hint at wanting updated versions for the following year, my latest was bought as a easter gift for my daughter of her son his first easter, she recieved it yesterday and Her txt to me was OMG i love it i love it i love it! Thank you so much. I always allow at least 2 weeks from ordering to delivery but it can take on average 7-10 days but id defo say allow a bit longer if ordering at peak times. What i also like is i can order and pay for the canvases etc and have them sent direct to the person im buying for. 5*****

The main issue I have with my-pictures is that they use UPS to deliver items. UPS are hands down the worst delivery service I have had the misfortune deal with. There is a major lack of communication from the company, no email or text updates regarding your delivery. The ‘whilst you were out’ card they leave has the smallest typeface known to man printed in light grey. I had to phone them to ask what happens after 3 failed attempts. Spoke to 2 people I couldn’t understand so ultimately they couldn’t resolve my issues. Kept asking for a tracking number which I didn’t have to hand and for some reason couldn’t find my item any other way. The online tracking is appallingly slow to update so I didn’t have a clue where my item was or what was happening with it. Ultimately this will prevent me from ordering from my-pictures in future.

Canvas print is good quality and price, however the 3 star rating is to reflect packaging and delivery issues. The canvas was poorly packaged with very little protection. Delivery was slow and although we were told that the canvas had been produced within 24 hours it was nearly a week before it was dispatched with UPS. Due to the delay in dispatch the delivery was scheduled while we were away on holiday. UPS wouldn’t let us reschedule the delivery until they had tried to deliver unsuccessfully. The delivery driver left the package outside our front door - totally unsecure and in the rain! Thankfully we saw the delivery on our CCTV and were able to contact a neighbour, who thankfully brought the damaged package inside. When we got home we were surprised to fine the canvas miraculously undamaged. We would only consider using this company again if they improved their packaging and used a different courier.

MyPicture are truly, truly a terrible company, I've given them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but nope. I paid for delivery for a painting I did and they sent it to a pick up point 40 miles away instead of to the address, they repeatedly said its been delivered, when it hasn't been. I called customer service and they outsource to phillipines and India and the guy didn't have a good enough grasp of English, he just kept saying it been delivered, he didn't understand me explaining that It hasn't. They use UPS and they sent to a newsagents after I complained the first time. Then they sent it back to the pick up point, some one else's home and back to the pick up point 40 miles away. I've given up at this point. Didn't issue me a refund, told me I'd get 40% off my next order. Total shambles

I ordered one print which took 10 days to arrive. I wanted to see the quality before I ordered another 3 but as I waited a long time for the prints to arrive I placed another order. I was working to a deadline for a photoshoot. I have now been waiting 11 days for the second order...my deadline has passed. I contacted the company 5 days ago to ask when I will be receiving my second order. They told me 5 days ago that they have been dispatched. According to the tracking information the order was sent 2 days ago...so someone isn't telling the truth. There are a lot of other companies that can deliver next day or in 2 days. I really wasn't expecting to wait 11 days....its not very good. So my photoshoot has been cancelled. Im not happy.

I came to unpack my picture and I'm really happy with the print. However the glass/acrylic has a major defect. I have tried to contact them to highlight this via their online form on several occasions. The form doesn't let me submit any information. I've tried contacting them through the email address they use for PayPal about this issue but just got a bounce back. I now have had to resort to this form and launching a PayPal complaint.

My picture is telling me it was delivered to a different country, still waiting 10days after ordering. Well over the original 5-8 days estimate. There is nothing .co.uk about this company, they are in Germany and their delivery is poor. Their webchat and phone customer services is fine but want all complaints via email, requested a refund on the postage but its in their system. Wont use this company again and wouldnt recommend.

Terrible service. Was told 3-5days after processing but it took forever to come3 weeks.. . 3 days in a row UPS sent a delivery update saying it will be that day and then it just went over to the next day. Finally on the 3rd promised day it arrived. I spent £145 made 2 x phonecalls and both times the girl was computer says this and that and I can't help. When they arrived a couple of the pics were OK and good quality and others were not even set right. If I want a refund apparently this can only be done by email. The worst! Very dissapoint ING. The pictures came all the way from Germany too so carbon footprint is terrible.

I ordered 2 photo enlargements by 30 by 40 centre meters when they came one picture was not even the right size and the other one was not even mounted in the middle at the edge of the photo was writing which said like comment absolutely disgraceful just thrown together they were a present for my sister I paid £78 for a load of rubbish I will never ever use you again absolutely a load of shambles is you're company I have sent you pictures what you sent

My item took along time from being ordered to being delivered, a very long time. Then once it was delivered its all scratched and the photo at the bottom corner is scratched. I have asked for a refund but been told no i cant, i have then been told someone will get back to me, that was a week ago and still havnt heard anything. I have ordered quite a few things this yr and last from you but that will be the last. Shocking customer after care

I haven't even received my print yet, which was ordered on 3 June & it's now 15 June! I have telephoned twice & have also emailed & had no response as to where my print is. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but will now arrive too late, if it arrives at all. Wanted to give zero stars, customer service does not exist. How can I rate my-picture when I still haven't got it? I rest my case.

I won’t be ordering from you ever again! Terrible at communication! Two delays on delivery after being promised my item would arrive within 48 hours which meant the gift it was intended as was never given! Appalling service! Also the quality of the canvas/picture is rubbish and blurry! If I could give it a 0 stars I would! Avoid ordering from here!!

Very very long wait for delivery. Hard to get in touch with. I've still not yet received something that was a gift, ordered in plenty of time,still yet to arrive, a week after the date I was to gift it on. Not happy. And getting all sorts of junk from you more or less every day. Not happy at all.

Not received order yet they have emailed me asking me for a review!!! I have tried contacting them via their live chat and customer services but after 20 minutes it fails to submit message and they do not answer live chat just leave you with a message that they are transferring you to a queue

i bit dissapointed, blew the picture up too much and lost parts of it on the sides,very good at what was done would of liked the picture smaller if needed to fit it all on with a small border to fill the frame up as req,d, ps i did pay for a black frame around the canvas aswell

When it said stretched I thought you would make sure all of the people were on the photo and stretch the edges. But you cut off a very important person in the picture and another the other side! Surely you could see they belonged on the pic, they were a gift that I can't use.

I don't like that it has royal mails name on the back and with time and date of order, my picture website on it with qr codes. It's a gift don't want silly stuff on it like that. I don't pay for royal mails name on it. Delivery was a bit long aswell but picture quality is good, if you dont mind that on the back then its fine i do as it's a gift. Overall I would not recommend

Awful customer service. I was told my order was cancelled and to place another order which I duly did only to find the original order had not been cancelled so I received and had to pay for 2 orders. I sent through the email confirming order cancellation but wasjust told 2 orders had been received so basically tough luck. Won't be buying from my-picture again.

I am astounded at what you sent me The picture quality is appalling the whole photo distorted it took forever to arrive This was a capture of one of the happiest days of my life you ruined it I’m going back to free print ( hod knows why I changed) they always do a fabulous job and don’t take weeks either

Tye frame is cheap, has no way to hang the photo, or to stand it up. Considering how much it costs, its of very low quality. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, which when you pay so much is ridiculous. Its also not obvious in any way that it will take that long.

First time user - didnt realise as wasnt stated anywhere they ship from germany (im in the uk) still waiting 3 weeks on for delivery. Customer services just say it isnt anything to do with them once its left the warehouse. Late birthday present- disappointed

I placed an order 10 days ago and it has still not been delivered, despite MyPicture advising it had left. I cannot track my item and correspondence with this company is very poor. I will not be ordering from them again. Very unhappy. Do not use!!
