This is my 3rd order , I think that says it all , my wife loves them , I was a bit worried about this one as it was taken at night on my iPhone with no flash and set on night mode , the picture printed onto canvas perfect , she absolutely loves it brought to tears when she saw it (it was a surprise) , anyway it’s great value there’s great communication when you order with emails when your picture’s finished and then when it’s been shipped you get a link to track your order also , couldn’t ask for more really , I can’t comment on any after care customer service as all 3 orders have been perfect , thanks very much the wife’s happy again 😁

Picture arrived with frame in pieces and on expectation the frame was plastic and not great quality. I got the picture reframed myself as it was for a Christmas present. I requested a refund as I did not need a replacement item as it would now arrive after Christmas and i had already reframed the broken picture to be told I could only receive 50% of my next purchase and another order had been shipped. Now i have two of the same framed picture and I'm out of pocket the cost of having to reframe the first damaged one.

MyPicture are truly, truly a terrible company, I've given them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but nope. I paid for delivery for a painting I did and they sent it to a pick up point 40 miles away instead of to the address, they repeatedly said its been delivered, when it hasn't been. I called customer service and they outsource to phillipines and India and the guy didn't have a good enough grasp of English, he just kept saying it been delivered, he didn't understand me explaining that It hasn't. They use UPS and they sent to a newsagents after I complained the first time. Then they sent it back to the pick up point, some one else's home and back to the pick up point 40 miles away. I've given up at this point. Didn't issue me a refund, told me I'd get 40% off my next order. Total shambles

If you want a company that tells the truth, then don’t use this one. I was told item had been dispatched to Royal Mail on Thursday. Asked again sunday where it was. Royal Mail hasn’t received it until the following Wednesday, delivered it on the Thursday. I do not appreciate being lied to. The item was a gift for someone which in turn was late being given due to the lies they had been told. I even tracked it with the tracking number that was given to me on the Sunday to which Royal Mail said they was still waiting for it. Never again will I use or recommend this company. Shame that having to even give 1 star. Should have been zero stars! The quality isn’t great either. In the end I bought something else to give instead.

Terrible service. Was told 3-5days after processing but it took forever to come3 weeks.. . 3 days in a row UPS sent a delivery update saying it will be that day and then it just went over to the next day. Finally on the 3rd promised day it arrived. I spent £145 made 2 x phonecalls and both times the girl was computer says this and that and I can't help. When they arrived a couple of the pics were OK and good quality and others were not even set right. If I want a refund apparently this can only be done by email. The worst! Very dissapoint ING. The pictures came all the way from Germany too so carbon footprint is terrible.

Wouldn’t know about the product as it never arrived. Upon contacting to enquire, I was asked to allow double the advertised time for delivery. Also, while pointing out that there was no condition for compensation or refund? Even though the product didn’t arrive. Don’t say 3 - 5 working days for delivery if the product isn’t going to arrive in that time. Had I known it was going to take longer, I wouldn’t have ordered as it missed the event it was for. Very disappointing. If you want the product for an event or occasion, I hope you’re one of these very organised people who order weeks and weeks in advance!

I ordered 2 photo enlargements by 30 by 40 centre meters when they came one picture was not even the right size and the other one was not even mounted in the middle at the edge of the photo was writing which said like comment absolutely disgraceful just thrown together they were a present for my sister I paid £78 for a load of rubbish I will never ever use you again absolutely a load of shambles is you're company I have sent you pictures what you sent

My item took along time from being ordered to being delivered, a very long time. Then once it was delivered its all scratched and the photo at the bottom corner is scratched. I have asked for a refund but been told no i cant, i have then been told someone will get back to me, that was a week ago and still havnt heard anything. I have ordered quite a few things this yr and last from you but that will be the last. Shocking customer after care

Picture is perfect but placed the order to receive in time for Father’s Day and paid the fee for it to then check the status to see that it wasn’t coming till the Monday to then not receive it Monday and it finally arrive on the Tuesday and all I got was I’m sorry but no urgency to chase this with the courier they use 😞

One of the pictures we ordered did not have the wrap around colour on the frame edge. Instead it just has a plain white edge on the right hand side which is visible when looking at the picture from the front. As this is a belated wedding gift it is very disappointing as it spoils the picture.

When it said stretched I thought you would make sure all of the people were on the photo and stretch the edges. But you cut off a very important person in the picture and another the other side! Surely you could see they belonged on the pic, they were a gift that I can't use.

Its been two weeks and I've still not received my order. I had ordered hoping it would arrive in time for father's day but there was no information during the ordering process about your shipping policy. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from elsewhere. I'm really disappointed and I don't even know if they're any good because I've not even received them yet!
