I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

I had a very negative experience with a 2 week delivery time. It was a gift for mothers day which missed mothers day by 8 days. I had zero contact or explanation. Anytime I tried to chat with the company I had an automated system which wasn't fit for purpose.

Mothers Day Gift 8 days late

Due to this year’s circumstances had to leave Mother’s Day to last minute but ordered a gift advertised for Mothers Day on the last available day to ensure delivery according to the website. The photo gift took 14 instead of 6 days to arrive.

Pictures really poor quality and cheap looking, was so looking forward to receiving these but was really really disappointed, I'm sorry but wouldn't order again and I regret ordering in the first place as its been a complete waste of my money.

I ordered a panoramic type picture and it came with a the picture in the middle of the frame with a massive black empty canvas at the top and under the picture it was a wedding present but looks ridiculous I wouldn't give them it xxxx

Disappointed with 1st canvas. But ovwe the noon with second…

Was over the moon with my second picture but really disappointed with the first one I I was sent as there were 2 massive black spaces at the top and underneath the picture. And cant give it as the wedding gift it was purchased for.

Not great.

Told that order had been dispatched but didn’t get into the hands of yodel for nearly a week. Once it did was delivered quickly. Very difficult to communicate with my picture. Ordered 2cm frame but received 1 cm. Won’t use again.

They’ve sent me a 60 x 40 canvas with the photo just across the middle & nowhere near the edges. Weird colours on the bottom edge. Definitely not what I ordered or how it was shown on the review. Still not heard back from them

Good idea poorly executed

Took ages to be produced in Germany, then took ages to be delivered. When it was delivered it was left in the rain as we were no longer at that property. In the meantime we must have received over 10 emails automated emails.

Not really Happy first picture much smaller than I thought, I ordered a larger one was on offer for the smaller price. The larger one I ordered came today, it not straight on the frame very Disappointed.

No estimate delivery time, canvas was stretched

I was not given an estimated delivery date and it took over a week to arrive. Not to mention that the canvas itself is slightly askew and stretched. The delivery service (Yodel) was absolutely abysmal.

The photo I sent you for the canvas was stretched too much at the top, so much so it has cut out the top of the boys heads, where as it could have been pulled down at the bottom, not happy!!!!

I cannot coment on the canvas as i have not recieved it, tracking says delivered but has not been delivered to my address. I have no idea where it was delivered to
