I forwarded two of my favourite photos for large acrylic prints. I was a little apprehensive at first as I've never used this company before and thought I was either going to be really pleased or very disappointed. One of my prints was a night time shot taken in Bruges where light levels were low and I wasn't expecting too much from this one. The other was taken of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Both photos were taken on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra camera phone. I am happy to report that they arrived yesterday and the finished quality is superb 👌. They look very professional and I am planning to send off my next photo for a similar print. I was also impressed with the ease of ordering.

As you see in the canvas below I did not center it properly check out the two top corners pity they didn't contact me before printing I have took a screenshot when ordering and it looked ok it must have moved as I was buying it. Delivery was very long and days kept changing as this is a present the anniversary is now over and the only place for that canvas is in the bin I will buy elsewhere my picture is cheap for a reason Buy Elsewhere

Tommy picture was different to the format that I created. It has two big black lines on the top and the bottom where the picture obviously didn’t fill the canvas, the picture was also shockingly blurry. This company should contact people if the picture is no good for the canvas instead of wasting peoples money. Iv been waiting over 24 for customer service to contact me back with no reply. Would definitely not recommend

So you can take my money but I don't receive my canvas.

Well, the first one you did for me didn't even cover the whole canvas and looked like the machine had run out of ink. The second one was delivered to my old address in spite of continuing to update the delivery address which is the same as my billing address. So common sense didn't come into play. So you can take my money but I don't receive my canvas.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I indicated the address IG9 5BZ, but it turned out that the order arrived at another address IG9 6DL. My order had been there since February 15, but the message came to me very late, but when I wanted to pick it up, it was sent back. What's wrong with your company?

Terrible delivery and communication about timings

You had a countdown ticker suggesting I had time to receive the order in time for valentines. At no point before I paid did you tell me how long the delivery would take. I noticed immediately after making the transaction and contacted you, only to be told I was already too late??! Shocking

Disappointing

Disappointed with jigsaw box, as was meant to be a gift. Unsure about quality of actual jigsaw. Wrong item sent and re-order process problematic - tried 3 times already and still not succeeded. Also ordered mouse mat which was also disappointing, as it was a soft material one

One of the canvas pictures is so slack, i could win a gold medal in the olympic yachting competition using it as a spinnaker. The other (although accepted as good enough pixel rating for the size requested) is blurred to the point i'm throwing it out.

Ordered 2 only recieved one. Payment was taken for both. And no tracking number and every time I try to contact is says I have recieved my delivery when I have not received one of my canvas. The help line email serivxe is useless

Really poor quality item, image really blurry. These are professional photos and only seem to be blurry from this site. Generic email sent back regarding 30% off next order only, no refund. Sadly I don’t wish to order again.
