While they have good pre-sale support and a variety of AV items on their menu, at a competitive prices, their delivery system doesn’t seem to be working well. I am not sure if they have a physical presence in the UK, as I could not find a UK address on their website. On UK Company check, they seem to have an office in Norwich, Norfolk, however their executives are based in Germany. The point I am trying to make is I am not sure if they are a local UK company. For me it won’t be a bother if the delivery went smoothly. The items were despatched from Germany, and I should have received them by now but they have been delayed. If they had their stock in the UK, I am pretty positive this won’t have happened. That’s something to be mindful of.
