I ordered the wrong filters and it was easy to send it back then I ordered the correct ones and they arrived the next day

Didn’t quite achieve next day delivery, a day later but dehumidifier seems to be working well. Helpful on phone when I rang to get started.

Using DPD as courier a VERY BAD IDEA! I was out when they delivered and instead of leaving the filter in a safe place they dropped it off to *their* collection point which was a petrol station two miles away in the next village! Even when my son took the card to collect they asked for a QR code (not everyone has a smart phone) and asked for ID to collect. Worse delivery experience ever :-( Free delivery not worth the time and hassle. Good company and good product let down by appalling courier.

Make sure my items are delivered to my home, not to a shop 5 miles round trip away. I am 86 years old with no way of getting to that shop myself.

There was a lot of firms to fill in before I could return my faulty product. Item was dealt with very promptly once returned and was told a report on the machine would be forwarded to me. This has never been received.

Quick delivery from Meaco, very impressed. Good little fan, nice and quiet as advertised and works really well in my toddlers bedrooms to keep them cool but not awake! I initially thought I should have gone for the next size up considering the price difference however, after a week's use, am content with my purchase and hope they will last a long time.

Bought a new Meaco MC 10000 air conditioner without heating function. Received dirty, bloodied used one with heating function. Returned, still waiting for refund. Would never buy direct from them again!

Still haven't had my order. 6 days late

Website states a free cover with every 1056 fan. What it does not say is this does not include the 1056p. I have contacted them to ask for a 1056 bag so that the fan will be protected from dust when not in use as the 1056 and 1056p have the same body dimensions. They will not send one. The fan was cheaper elsewhere I only purchased direct because of the offer of the free storage bag. Customer service is poor.

Quick delivery from Meaco.com. The fan itself is really good, really does shift the air around the room creating a lovely gentle breeze making everyone feel cooler. Very energy efficient DC motor in fan, almost imperceptible energy usage measured on the smart meter after one day. Very quiet operation, just sounds like a strong breeze on higher speeds or eco mode, however my fan has developed a slight rattle/vibration noise when oscillating after one day's use, mildly annoying that sounds like my old conventional fan. Not sure if this is a fault or normal, maybe I'm just being fussy. The remote control for the fan is reasonably well made, but very poor in operation, very limited range, when the fan is oscillating the base (containing the infrared receiver) turns side to side so you have to wait for it to face you before operating the remote and even then it's a bit hit and miss. Quicker to get up and use the control panel on the fan, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote , a better quality infrared transmitter and receiver/or receiver location could have been used like the ones used in decent quality TVs etc, instead it's very similar to the remote for my £5 fairy lights, disappointing remote at this price point . I like that the remote can be stowed on the front of the fan, just wish it was actually useable. If you're after a fan that genuinely makes the room feel cooler, is very quiet and costs very little to run thanks to the much more efficient DC motor, then this is it, however if you intend to use the remote regularly or need to operate the fan remotely because of limited mobility etc, I would look elsewhere. Hopefully the remote issues will be fixed in future versions, as this is the fans only real letdown. The pedestal version of this fan has a few extra modes available, it would be nice to see those modes on this version, especially if like me you didn't realise those modes weren't included on this one, not a deal breaker, just confusing.
