Ordered some bike parts but after 6 days they said the parts had been 'lost in transit' and refunded the money. They still had the parts in stock so why didn't they re-send them? I suspect it is because they had the wrong price on their website.

I ordered my bike eye cycle mirror from laxzo who claimed it was in stock, only to be notified a few days later that it was out of stock and was given a full refund. So I went to my friendly Halfords store and purchased one.

Customer service communication was terrible. They were asking stupid questions like what is your name.... where did you buy this,,,, even though it was all on the purchase order. Took ages to send, but did arrive eventually. Not at all impressed with this They need to employ someone with a little more intelligence

Deplorable service. After waiting for ONE MONTH item still had not arrived despite several lies and false promises, so in the end had to threaten this Company with POLICE involvement before i finally received a Full Refund Wasted a hell of a lot of my time. NEVER AGAIN AVAOID and save your sanity.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GOOGLE LAXZO REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. I hadn't received my order, no response to emails sent. No answer on telephone. I have now started a claim via PayPal.

My order from laxzo never arrived. When I contacted them about this they worked out that the item was not is stock and thus had never been processed. They refunded my money immediately, so I can say their customer service was good once I contacted them. It is however not great to not contact customers if their purchased items are not available.
