Very good pricing, good selections of parts for my 4x4s (1998 HDJ80 and 2003 Pajero) and the shipping was super fast. Order some parts on Thursday and got them on the next Wednesday. (shipping was also cheap at around 18 euros from France to Romania) I highly recommend shopping with them! I will for sure order more parts from euro4x4parts!

The delivery time shown when purchasing the items has expired. I have attempted to contact support multiple times - twice via email, 4 times via phone. No luck, I am yet to receive an answer. The purchase did not come with a parcel tracking code

Worse company Ive shopped at

They cant speak english. They send wrong parts. And when I pay for express delivery they send it as regular delivery. They dont respond to emails. Been writing to them three times over a 14 day period. You cant call them cause they havent learned english. I cant get a refund. Will never shop there again.

Lets take this opportunity to add some extra detail to clear matters. As regards your intial order, we shipped the thermostat you chose, not the "wrong part". There are actually 4 types of thermostat available for this Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thankfully we provide the full dimensions and opening temperature for each thermostat so as to avoid confusion. When you realised that you had ordered the wrong part you contacted us and rather than asking you to return the thermostat we actually offered to send you the correct thermostat free of charge. We managed to intercept you next web order and popped the free part into the parcel. Unfortunately this intervention led to the parcel being processed as standard delivery rather than express. We hold our hand up to say that this was our mistake and would have liked to have the opportunity to apologize & refund the shipping expense before reading your review. As for contacting us we are clearly baffled. We take messages via the contact forms on the website, via telephone and social networks - we have no trace of a message from you. Our team speak an array of languages. My Swedish speaking colleague has even tried calling to discuss the issues and confirm the refund but to no avail.
