I don't like to give bad feedback unless it's really necessary. But it's been a while since we last had a response from Trotec about the quality of the wood veneer sheets. Unfortunately, I and others online have experienced problems cutting this wood, we have since cut thicker sheets from competitors perfectly fine. I have requested to send back the sheets (at my cost) for a full refund and have not yet got a response. I wouldn't mind but the average price of an a4 board is around 3-4x higher than the market average so it is not like we're getting excellent customer service for the price paid. I hope someone sees this and can provide some assistance.

Our products are engineered to be of the highest quality and we are sincerely sorry that on this occasion they haven't been suitable for your needs. Unfortunately we aren't normally able to accept full returns for materials that have been ordered cut to bespoke sizes.
