Slow and unresponsive to queries. Late. Called with items missing so could not complete on approved day. Left 'stuff in room' obstructing the bed delivery (on time!) to a room that should have been completed to receive it. One drawer damaged but only 'noticed' by team installing it. The fit and finish in one room not seamless and compact as promised. Disappointing result.Overpriced. Spoilt Xmas.
25 days after ordering and still awaiting delivery. I had to contact Spaceslide by phone after receiving nothing after 3 weeks. I was told that they couldn’t give me a delivery date when I rang as the workshop was closed and someone would ring me the next day, nobody contacted me and I had to ring myself. Order booked for delivery 8 weeks after placing the initial order. We will see?
