Maybe ask your delivery company to be more diligent when loading and strapping packages in the van, and if they notice any damage they should inform you directly instead of trying to hide it. But I should also say that as soon as I reported the damage to Stef in the office she responded really quickly, efficiently and in a caring manner. I also say the way to really measure a company is how they respond when things go wrong, and in this regard you/Stef were great.

Great service from start to completion. Help in showroom and coming out to measure was very helpful and all our questions and requests dealt with. Communication regarding fitting was also excellent and arrived on time. The fitter was very good and did an excellent job. Really can't fault anything and would highly recommend. Extremely pleased with our wardrobes.

Great quality, very helpful sales staff, delivered far quicker than expected with all goods carried upstairs. Also very helpful personalised descriptive diagrams given to help on assembly. Cannot praise them highly enough as delighted with result.

The sales person was very thorough and gave me enough information to help me make the best choice. The delivery was on time, the delivery staff were friendly and took their time to carefully unload my items from the van.
