Be aware: In order for the product to work effectively in the objective of weight loss you must adhere to the associated diet. The two work together simultaneously. My parcel has never arrived. I can see there is a photo but that is not in my flat block. There was no alert to say my parcel was delivered. So therefore I cannot give anymore than a 1. Maybe Royal mail need to leave a card or something if the customer is not at home. Then we could pick it up from the sorting g office. So all in all I have paid for something g I never received 😡😡
