This is my second order. I really want to give this company the benefit of the doubt as I had zero issues with my first order.
My second is not going so well so far. I placed an order for raspberry ketones on 3rd June, paid £4.99 for quicker and tracking delivery. It is now 9th June and I still haven't received my order. My order is saying its still in England, I live in Northern Ireland. I have contacted the company directly and hope to receive a response. I don't want to be nasty as a retail worker I understand things can happen. So I'll await my response and fingers crossed my issue is resolved.

I have not received my goods... I've tried contacting them with no success. All it says on my account is order unfulfilled.. does not say why. I've received no emails apologising for delay. These were presents and should have been delivered up to 4 days after. I only expect the service it stated . I don't think I'll use them again. Im fuming no refund offer and no goods

I ask to cancel my order when they said that they didn’t have it in stock even when they show on the Webshop was available and will be delivered between 2-5 days… but they stop answering.
