I ordered a pair of Rev It mesh motorcycle pants but unfortunately the sizing was a bit out and they didn't fit. Ghost Bikes were very helpful arranging a free return label for me whilst I reordered another pair from a different brand. These arrived the very next day and they fitted perfectly. That's what I call good customer service.

The parts were individually slung into a large box with insufficient packing so loose in the box with packaging damagged, items had poked out the box, the box was weak with hardly any tape, none of the items were damaged but more luck than judgement
