Choosing a new replacement phone can take lots of time in research and a lovely person in sales gave me some options to meet my requirements. The phone was delivered promptly and having opened the box and set up the new phone (Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 (5G) I have been very pleased with my purchase. I have used Clove Technology for many years and their service has always been exceptional. Thank you to all the Clove Team.

It was a very embarrassing experience. First I was told my purchase was fraudulent and was canceled even when I submitted my details. Second order I was told by Clive sales team to use Pay Pal as my payment method and was canceled. I was told the model I had ordered is out of stock. My first order address was direct to my Country South Sudan. In the second order I have to change my delivery address thinking that it will be a better option. It doesn’t change anything at all. But what I have learn is the perception from developed countries that we in the Global South cannot afford certain products unless we steal the money. Otherwise, we buy in cash and full payment not credit. I can still source from US.

Horrible horrible customer service, on 15th February 2024 i bought a brand new Motorola Edge 40 but was sent an opened box phone, called the company hundreds of times daily over the next few day without an answer, no reply to emails either, what shoddy customer service, needless to say this will be the first and last purchase ever from this pathetic company.. buyers BEWARE

We are sorry to hear that this customer is unhappy with their order and our customer service. Kindly understand that we deal with lots of customers daily and we aspire to attend to every customer in good time. However, it does appear that this customer left a review with an email address that is completely different from the one they placed an order with. We typically communicate with customers with the email address they provided when they placed their order. I received poor service. This company received and acknowledged my order, and then after 2 working days cancelled the order without explanation. I discovered the goods I ordered were now being advertised on their website at a higher price. I had to write to complain. I shall not use this company again.

Many thanks for your comment. Your first order was cancelled due to security concerns that emerged from our checks on your IP address which was different from your geolocation. The second order, as you have rightly stated, had a different address from your original address in South Sudan. Because these are high- value items, we were forced to cancel the order to avoid delivery issues. Please be assured that we value all our customers.

Order cancelled twice simply because my address is not a European or western country. It takes 3 days for an item to Reach my Destination South Sudan.

Thank you for your comments. Your orders were both for multiple iPhone 15 Pro Max phones. Unfortunately, we can't ship products to South Sudan due to previous delivery issues. We assume this was why the first order didn't provide a country within the shipping address and the second one gave a USA address. Your orders were, therefore, cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Item ordered not in stock!

The item I ordered was apparently no longer available but was still on the website. I was told that I should have checked availability before ordering. So it's up to the customer to check stock before trying to purchase an item. Very strange practice. If an item is not available it should not be advertised and money taken for said item. Not happy.
