Choosing a new replacement phone can take lots of time in research and a lovely person in sales gave me some options to meet my requirements. The phone was delivered promptly and having opened the box and set up the new phone (Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 (5G) I have been very pleased with my purchase. I have used Clove Technology for many years and their service has always been exceptional. Thank you to all the Clove Team.

It was a very embarrassing experience. First I was told my purchase was fraudulent and was canceled even when I submitted my details. Second order I was told by Clive sales team to use Pay Pal as my payment method and was canceled. I was told the model I had ordered is out of stock. My first order address was direct to my Country South Sudan. In the second order I have to change my delivery address thinking that it will be a better option. It doesn’t change anything at all. But what I have learn is the perception from developed countries that we in the Global South cannot afford certain products unless we steal the money. Otherwise, we buy in cash and full payment not credit. I can still source from US.

Grateful that Clove sells Fairphone

I'm grateful this company is providing Fairphone products to the US, as they're not available directly from the manufacturer. Haven't had any problems with their service or products so far

They cancelled my order at 'my request'

I ordered a cpu and motherboard on a Saturday evening. On the Monday I received an email saying the order had been cancelled as per my request. I managed to ring them on Wednesday and they told me they had to cancel the order as they had listed the prices incorrectly. The customer services rep then agreed to give me a small discount on the new prices as gesture of good will but he said he needed his manager to sign it off and he had gone home. I was told I would get a call back or email the following morning. Of course, this did not happen. I have since ordered the same parts from a different retailer and had no problems. I will not be spending any money with clove technology in future.

I know it’s a second-hand product but they didn’t state that the accessories are all fake and the charger was broke. Clove was very good with the refund.

Hello Phi, many thanks for your review. We understand that you are not happy with the product you ordered from us which you have now returned and your funds duly refunded. As you rightly stated, this order was for a second-hand product and as such, accessories may not be the same with the ones that come with new products. However, it is misleading to term the accessories fake as we either source our products from certified manufacturers or credible distributors, hence we do not sell fake products. Also note that products may get broken in transit as a result of handling by third-party delivery companies and for such, we are happy to exchange or refund. In your case, a refund was issued. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Many thanks for your comment. Your first order was cancelled due to security concerns that emerged from our checks on your IP address which was different from your geolocation. The second order, as you have rightly stated, had a different address from your original address in South Sudan. Because these are high- value items, we were forced to cancel the order to avoid delivery issues. Please be assured that we value all our customers.

Horrible horrible customer service, on 15th February 2024 i bought a brand new Motorola Edge 40 but was sent an opened box phone, called the company hundreds of times daily over the next few day without an answer, no reply to emails either, what shoddy customer service, needless to say this will be the first and last purchase ever from this pathetic company.. buyers BEWARE

I received poor service. This company received and acknowledged my order, and then after 2 working days cancelled the order without explanation. I discovered the goods I ordered were now being advertised on their website at a higher price. I had to write to complain. I shall not use this company again.

We received an order from this customer, but it was cancelled due to unexpected stock issues. We hadn't taken any funds from their account at the time so no refund was issued from our end. An invoice was, however, sent to the customer via email to authorize a new order, but it wasn't actioned from their end. We advise that the customer should get in touch with their bank if they haven't received a refund.

Apple Watch Ultra

Quick and easy to purchase. Good quality product and nearly new with 99% battery life so clearly not used much before. The only downside is it wasn’t an original strap and the charger was not original as is quite flimsy with the watch getting hot when charging.

Good Service and Experience

Bought my Motorola phone just before Christmas so Clover was all but closed for the holiday - emailed for an update on the new year and received a response soon after. Received my phone shortly after that. Very happy.

Definitely Recommend.

I was doubtful of the service/product I would receive as I had never dealt with this company before. I shouldn’t have worried though, the product was as described, and the whole service experience as advertised.
