With mail order plants, the power of the plant is stored in its root system. We understand they may not initially look as attractive as plants in a garden center, but they are just as strong or even stronger. We advise watering upon arrival and give the time to recover from the shock of being in a dark box for a few days. Your plants will appreciate this.

UK customers: go to TrustPilot to see their reviews. Not easy to create an account here to leave a review. Ordered on 14/4/20. Charged full price instead of bundle prices. One plant was just a pot of soil. Emailed cust serv on 15/4, 21/4, 2/5. No response. It's 2/6 today so clearly my emails have been ignored. They respond to reviews left here though, so it's my last attempt to get a one ;)

There is always one way to know if something is dead or not and that's by scratching the bark hard with your thumbnail and if it’s green under the bark then it’s alive and will flourish in spring. However if it’s brown when you scratch, then it’s dead or dying. And in this case just contact us for your free replacement or your money back.

I received my items. One was very small and looked like it had been a grabbed and shoved in a pot. When they arrived one was not in the pot. Not pleased. Contacted company and sent pictures and no reply

We advise watering upon arrival and give the time to recover from the shock of being in a dark box for a few days. Your plants will appreciate this. If after 1 week you do not see any sign of recovering just contact our customer service with some photos evidence.

Sometimes plants may not look at their best on arrival, from experience we know that plants recover after a drink of water and 48 hours in the fresh air. Our advice is to give the plants time till their blooming period, our plants may be small, but the power of the plant is in the root! Rest assured that your order is guaranteed if the plant(s) don’t recover and establish with time.
plants a lot smaller than described making them very expensive. 5 out of 8 plants were very dry and half dead. Really disappointed and would not order again

The reason why plants arrive dry is because we try to prevent them from sweating and developing fungus quickly during transit, also the extra moisture would potentially damage the packaging or even make them heavier and in turn the cost of the shipping would be much more. We advise watering upon arrival and give the time to recover from the shock of being in a dark box for a few days.

The trees are absolutely shocking nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service and sent a photograph of the trees never heard anything back. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Quick delivery, but the plants are really really expensive for their size. A fully grown Festuca from Home Bargains costs the same as their tiny winy off-springs.

We advertising nursery plants cultivated outside, they are strong and reliable. Our plants are grown naturally to give you years of pleasure in your garden, supermarket plants do not generally have the same result because they were fed with chemical fertilizers and cultivated under heated greenhouse.

The plant i ordered was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Doesn't come any worse than that. I have contacted them.but they don't give a dam. DON'T BUY FTOM.THIS SHOWER OF SH*T.
