The fabric I ordered is of excellent quality - in fact, better than I anticipated! - and although I had to wait a while for it (as, contrary to the url, the company is based in Germany) it was worth the wait. I was also kept informed of the progress of my order.
This is not the first time I have used My Fabrics, and it won’t be the last.

Delivery times are unacceptable - it’s taking far too long for my fabric orders to arrive. I will seriously have to reconsider whether to buy from you again.

I placed order received tracking said it had been dispatched but every time I checked tracking had not moved . I contacted them and they said my order was dispatched still nothing moved I emailed again no answer emailed again no answer so as I’d used PayPal I contacted them they returned with saying my money had been returned . Still no explanation as to what had happened

Disappointed at failed discount offer
I appreciated being able to order samples, although they took a while to arrive and it wasn’t clear that the company was based in Germany. When I came to order fabric it appeared the offered discount code was not recognised so I did not proceed with order, although I did like the fabric.

very disappointed . Repeated a previous order to ensure a close colour match and received a completely different colour. I totally understand that dye batches can differ and therefore it is almost impossible to guarantee an exact match but this was an expensive waste of money

My fabric good. Discounts short lived!
Placed an order 2/11/23. Offer 3/11/23 via email 30% off for order £100+. My order was for £107+
Your site: I have spent time twice to be as fair as possible and going to terms& conditions to find my review is gone!
My time has been wasted!

I submitted an order on November 20th & it is now Dec 11 & I still have not received my order or any communication about my order as to what has happened to it & when it will arrive. I am very disappointed as I have oustanding orders that I need the fabric to complete.

I wasn’t expecting my order to come from Germany which added extra time to the delivery. The fabric is beautiful but the p&p was expensive for 1 yard. You need to make it VERY clear that orders are dispatched from overseas.
