1. IBAN number provided in mail with order confirmation is incorrect. When I tried to pay (prepayment for order), my bank claimed that IBAN doesnt exist. 2. When I tried to cancel my order, it was not possible. Despite I cancelled it, it is still in the system. i tried to cancel items and order, but couldnt do it.

I made very bad experience with light11.eu. They repeatedly send broken lampes, apparently not doing minimal quality assurance, such as: does the light goes on if I switch the on button. After sending the lamp back the replacement was not functionning again. And they were also affected by a data breach with credit card information stolen. A total NO-GO. Stay away!

Oh. There seems to be a lot going on here. It should go without saying that the IBAN you were given is correct. It is sent daily to all customers who have opted for the same payment method and is used for payment. System requests for cancellations are handled manually by us. This ensures that, where necessary, we also refund the correct amount to the customer. Therefore, your cancellation request (which you sent six times) could not be processed until this morning.

The lights delivered were not new, one was faulty and the exterior part was damaged, and it was missing the screws
