The device is amazingly small compared to a normal CPAP machine with humidifier, and I am looking forward to not having an additional piece of hand luggage when travelling - it will fit easily in hand luggage.
A one night test found the device easy to connect to my phone via Bluetooth (though that is not mandatory - it will work without). It was quiet in operation - very slightly noisier than my existing 5 year old machine - and could provide quite powerful airflow if needed.
I've not had to contact ResMed at all, so can't comment on customer service but judging by the quality of everything I am anticipating it will be good.

Unfortunately the mask accessories are hugely overpriced! The mask works well but needs replacing regularly, which is an expensive outgoing for people who can little afford it. The majority of people needing the mask will fall into this category. The mask comes with a tub and two small boxes of wipes which is excessive. It would be better if these were removed and Res Med reduced the price.
I feel that Res Med are making high profits from people’s medical conditions.
Owing to International Philips CPAP Recall I have procrastinated since August in obtaining a suitable replacement as the NHS are unable to provide replacement in the foreseeable future 12 months or more. This machine is being run on Auto mode with excellent results. I have tried several masks and found the full face to give best results. Now I have the confidence to go ahead and purchase Resmed Full face mask. My tip DO NOT PROCRASTINATE JUST DO IT ITS OUR HEALTH.
3 to 5 days quoted for delivery allow up to 10 days…. ARRIVED WITHIN 24. How’s that for service?

Having been told by the NHS that I would have to wait at least 22 months before I could see a consultant, I invested in a machine from Resmed and the process was extremely good. The advisor was really helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to but things I did not need. Delivery was swift and follow up questions to Audrey were answered helpfully and enabled me to get the best from my investment.

This was my second purchase from resmed. The orders are processed and delivered fine, both products are excellent, but the prices are far too high. For example, the AirTouch N20 cushion-CPAP mask costs around £40 with postage and when you read the user guide it suggests you replace it every month.
Hopefully it will last much longer than that otherwise it will be a standing item on my Christmas and Birthday gift lists!

Descovered ResMed after my previos CPAP supplier let me down badly and am so pleased I did. What a difference, really good equipment with truly excellent Customer Service. Just wish I had known about them earlier.
Highly recommended.

Good communication from Resmed especially for out of stock item. Was sent an email when item was available. Everything arrived as expected with no issues
I placed an order and realised that I hadn't picked the correct size so I had to email customer service ASAP to cancel before it sent it out and I'd have to return etc.
I made an annoying mistake but customer service were fantastic and were able to advise me about which products actually comes in the size that I was requiring.

This tube support, stand to raise the CPAP tube, arrived promptly. It’s very light and feels a little flimsy, but it’s very well designed to fold away/set up in seconds. At home I suspend the tube from the over bed wardrobe,that’s really improved my sleep. This support folds into a VERY small storage bag and overall was just what I needed for staying at hotels even camping for a week or two!

What a difference this mask has made to Cpap therapy. I have tried both cushions. My personal preference is the gel. Into my third year with Cpap therapy, I chose to change to Resmed following the Foamgate scandal, with a great improvement in therapy.
Only negative price of Renewables is rather high, perhaps Resmed may look into the pricing.
