I love the choice. I went for the Twist Green which is really smashing. We've had funand games laying the tiles. I think i would definately use a different adhesive to the water_based "Wakol" - have had a few "lifts"-mi just don't feel it is adequate for me to lay these well using that. We noticed the tiles shifted on drying, the joins have opened up a bit , but i am not going to drive myself mad over that, rather i have flooded those areas with the varnish/sealer. That goes on nicely and gives a good tough finish. Overall i am pleased and they look lovely. I have a lot to learn obviously, but all in all, i am happy. Thankyou

I found it difficult to discover info about the tiles from the website, though on the phone they were more helpful. Delivery was a big problem, as their chosen deliverers wouldn't give a time slot, then didn't ring the bell, so I stayed in all day waiting for something already left on my doorstep at midday. Bricoflor operator was indifferent to this - "not my business".

carpet tile order

I ordered carpet tiles on sale and the delivery cost was reasonable, made it cheaper than B&Q. I had a concern about a duplicate order and Bricoflor responded by email really quickly and positively. The order was delivered today by parcel force, 1 hour window and they arrived at the earlier end of the time slot, and carried the tiles in for me, which was really helpful. The only quibble would be with parcelforce, they gave an option to choose another delivery day and it wasnt picked up on their end, fortunately i was able to move things around to be home. More of an issue with Parcelforce than Bricoflor, to be fair.

A good range of carpet tiles.

A good range of carpet tiles at excellent prices. A phone call to the company asking for technical advice was answered instantly and a later call asking for an update on delivery was followed up and also dealt with promptly. One small criticism, the tiles were shipped from Europe and could have been packed a little better. A few corners were slightly damaged but did not cause a problem overall.

Communication could be better

Phone number doesn't work if your caller ID is hidden, no notification on website that online chat was down. Little updates on order delivery after 2 weeks but it did arrive after an email query however there was no notification on the day of the time of delivery. There is no trusted shops guarantee available for this company.

Please don’t advertise goods you cannot supply

Seems like a good range but I was so disappointed when my order- for which I was paying a high delivery charge- was cancelled as out of stock. The item is still advertised on their webpage now! Refund was handled promptly though so I can’t complain about that.

Amazing service . Had trouble finding a match with the wallpaper as many photos on line are rubbish . Nice crisp photos and wallpaper arrived early , colour matching photos . Good communication with emails and batch number matched . Perfect
