Hello customer services team, I have recently purchased a motorhome, so I am new to the freedom of the road, but I was limited to having to stay in a motorhome park because I need a power supply to run a cpap machine, I have tried everywhere to try and find a adapter that would work on a DC 12 Volt but they don't make them by that I mean Resvent don't do adapters, so I was thinking about using a generator but to noisy and not so nice, then by accident I came across a advert for a solar generator which I then googled and low and behold I have found the bluetti AC 200 and the expandable power battery, so happy days, I am thinking about getting extra solar panels on the motorhome to recharge during the day to be able to use in the day and night, I have at the moment 400w panel but I need a lot more to take the full advantage of the 2 bluetti generators that I have recently purchased. All in all I would most likely give 4.5 stars so far. Michael Noonan.

Good delivery well packaged! Was a very heavy order so i did end up with a small wooden pallet to dispose of. I haven't had the chance to even test the item thoroughly as of writing, but it is working and everything seems ok!! There was a warning on one cardboard box " not to dispose, as returns not possible without box" so the box is also stored in my shed in flat-form!! It will be at least 1 month before i get to use/test the item thoroughly!!

Purchasing the unpurchasable from Ireland.
Certain things seem to be next to impossible to get here in the RoI, and of the items that you CAN get, they're normally pretty sub-par when it comes to quality. That AtoZ company isn't helpful to Ireland any more, and getting anything from the UK is a joke.
It's nice that some companies still work within Europe (Wasn't that the point we all joined the EU in the first place?) and fantastic sales service like Solar Power Supply make it all worthwhile.
