Very good service

Good quality wigs at competitive prices. Delivery always prompt. Having to pay the VAT inclusive price initially now when you are exempt is a nuisance. You can’t apply for the VAT refund until after the wig has been delivered and then it can take a while for the refund to arrive. Once upon a time you could fill out the exemption form and phone the order line to pay just the VAT exempt price.

The Customer Service and Sales department are excellent. I have been buying hairpieces and now wigs from them for well over 25 years and the quality of the goods is great. I have only had a delivery go missing once in all those years and the replacement was sent straight away. It is great to deal with an online company that I completely trust. I just wish there were more retail outlets in UK
