Hot hair are always efficient and keep you updated on orders as some come from the USA. Sadly the quality of the pieces I bought were not as good quality as before but that is the retailer in the US rather than Hot hair. I shall keep the pieces but will have to be careful with them as they are not as thick as the older ones I have.

Coming from USA means items take much longer to be delivered but Hothair informed me of a long delay and did give me the option of cancelling my order, but I decided to wait for its arrival.

Very good communication when ordered the hair piece. I am now waiting for a replacement as the colour ordered was not suitable. There is a lack of acknowledgement that you had received my returned item and nothing to say when the new order is due for delivery

We are sorry there was a delay. Unfortunately you ordered after our cut off time on Friday 28th August. (Cut off time is 12/Midday Mon-Friday on non-holiday days- as is noted on the style). It was then the long weekend when we are not open. We dispatched to you on Tuesday 1st September which was the earliest time we could send out to you. We are sorry for the confusion.

The pieces I ordered are not the quality they were when I first started buying them. There is less bulk so they look more artificial than they did and the finishing is also of lower quality.

I did not get notification that my original order was out of stock, with a 5-6 week lead time. However, your customer service (Miranda) changed my order at my request and the parcel arrived 2 days later!
