Very happy with my product, albeit a bit damaged due to issues with delivery.
Difficulty trying to arrange redelivery this was NOT an issue with tecktake.
Fantastic and effective communication from members of the tectake team.
I would shop again with tectake and recommend the company. Outstanding customer service. Compensated generously for my experience.

Cheap materials and poorly made with no accountability. Between myself and my parents we had 22 of these chairs, 18 of which have broken, the exact same problem with each of them. Because we still like the tables and how they fit the space I took these to 4 different welders to try and find a fix for these chairs but all came to the exact same conclusion they are very poorly made and the wrong type of welding has been used. They look nice and seem to be a bargain at first glance but they are not design to last more than a year, ours were used inside so maybe got a bit more use than outdoors ones and therefore we didnt even make 5 months. To top this off with clear evidence of little to no welding on the supports of the broken legs Tectake have taken no responsibility for this fault and are trying to claim improper use because i had them delivered to work. Please dont expect Tectake's items to last much past their warranty and if they do break sooner, dont expect them to do anything about it.

On the whole a good experience
I have various items from tectake. Apart from a few shipping issues I have only had a miniscule flaw on one of the products but apart from a cosmetic issue all have been fine.

Good product and great value.
Only marked at 4 stars because of the 2 pin plug which was supplied with a adapter. Not a big issue but it must have been a European product.Reasonable accessories and nice carry case which is great for keeping everything tidy.The router works well and the depth gauge is accurate.It is good quality for the diyer tha l am.

The Item came in damaged and I wrote a review. Actually someone at tectake read it and I was very astonished. From thereon things went fast and smooth. They phoned me and asked what the problem was with the part. I explained and sent photos. I got a new one. What more can you ask for. I thought that was really good service

Quick delivery, good value for the price, putting one of the chairs and the table together was fine, the other one was a bit awkward. So I had to dismantle it and start again. This aside, they look nice, are reasonably sturdy and are perfect for the summer.

Parcel arrived on time, wrapped up well which I always like to see in any of my deliveries, when opened to check, seemed fine. I won't know until late spring as its a gazebo but for now, I'm happy with my replacement. Cheers DebraZebra

Very quickly delivered. My only issue is that the instructions are not very clear and you needed to look at what you had in front of you rather than what the instructions said. Lovely when put together though.
