Very happy with my product, albeit a bit damaged due to issues with delivery. Difficulty trying to arrange redelivery this was NOT an issue with tecktake. Cheap materials and poorly made with no accountability. Between myself and my parents we had 22 of these chairs, 18 of which have broken, the exact same problem with each of them. Because we still like the tables and how they fit the space I took these to 4 different welders to try and find a fix for these chairs but all came to the exact same conclusion they are very poorly made and the wrong type of welding has been used. They look nice and seem to be a bargain at first glance but they are not design to last more than a year, ours were used inside so maybe got a bit more use than outdoors ones and therefore we didnt even make 5 months. To top this off with clear evidence of little to no welding on the supports of the broken legs Tectake have taken no responsibility for this fault and are trying to claim improper use because i had them delivered to work. Please dont expect Tectake's items to last much past their warranty and if they do break sooner, dont expect them to do anything about it.
