Placed order 22/2/24 delivery 2 to three weeks. Now on week six still no show on delivery . I had to reach out to Zespoke myself for updates. I received polite replies, but their responses have proven false. Additionally, they utilize custom orders to circumvent their legal obligations. It's disappointing that I was anticipating my table, and now I've had to refer the matter to the credit company

C est la première fois que l'on commande un meuble sur Internet à Zespoke. Zespoke nous a livre une console en parfaite condition, emballée avec grand soins . La console était exactement comme demandée sur la commande du 24 novembre, La livraison prévue en une semaine était très en retard mais après contact et demande de remboursement du montant de 35 euros payés pour une livraison rapide, le remboursement fut fait sans problème. Je recommanderai un autre meuble ou article chez Zespoke sans soucis .

A great way to colour design your own pieces of furniture. Came across the company, Zespoke, whilst looking for unique pieces of small furniture. The company has pieces of furniture which you can then colour design as you wish, using their website, thereby creating unique pieces. Customer services were very good when one colour piece that I had chosen was not available and this was quickly rectified for another which I chose. (I would recommend, in future, that if certain colours and designs are not available, to make sure that this is stated on their website asap), Delivery was good and the pieces were packaged very securely.

The service I received from end to end was first class. Add to that I absolutely love the HiFi cabinet I bought from them and it meant a lot that I had a say in finish, color etc. So away from the usual mundane cabinets out there and actually a talking point in its own right. Solid, robust and stylish. As to packaging for shipment. I have never received anything so well packed for many a year. Anything which takes more than half an hour to unpack is exceptionally well packed in my books. And then to top it all, they used a great courier company, XPDExpress who'd never heard of but gave a great and polite service. Altogether a very happy bunny here and my thanks to Oran on Zespoke customer services who helped make all this happen.

Got to be the best customisation options i have ever seen for furniture 🙌, so many colour options and loads different designs to chose from, Beautiful furniture that's absolutely stunning to look at and also matched by the highest quality and workmanship, i have just purchased my third table now so looking forward to receiving it, if your are looking for a piece of furniture to make a statement and to transform your room then you can't go wrong with Zespoke, everyone comments when they see mine, i have added a photo of mine 😍, i just love it so a huge and massive thank you to Zespoke 👍👍👍👍

Cannot fault this Company or their products. We are thrilled with our coffee table! Looks much more expensive than it is, superior materials and the fact you can choose which finish you have from a great range is a brilliant idea! Customer service was second to none too! Cannot recommend enough!
