Boots were what i wanted but not the size wanted 5 1/2 not size six find difficult to get this size but when found ur site apparantly sell this size was very pleased ordered five and half, and got six ,,,too big,,,,dont have means to return

I would say the experience with Sarenza is a very very good one, indeed. The way you pack is unique, very safe and more than 5 stars, if I could. The products and the price I find soooo good. Only one thing (which is not your fault) annoys me, when it comes to equivalents of size in the UK and EU. Usually 5 is good (38), 6 (39) a bit loose... This time, 38 is a little too tight. They are worked so

Although 3 - 4 days delivery detailed the items took 8 days. Luckily, I needed my sandals for a wedding the following day and they were a perfect fit and colour as described, so all forgiven

I have bought four pairs of shoes from Sarenza recently through three different orders and it has always been an efficient shopping experience. The only time there was a delay in the delivery, customer service alerted me shortly after the order was placed and I was kept informed of progress when contacting them. All received items were without default, so all in all I am very happy with them.

Order delayed twice and then cancelled without any notice had to reorder the same item customer service were not able to do this. Customer service was excellent very helpful.

Good Morning.I recently had my feet measured at a Skechers branch in Meadowhall Sheffield and my size is a UK 10.I have ordered other styles of

Skechers from the internet in my size UK 10 and they are fine. Unfortunately the Skechers Arcade Fulrow Colour NVW Size 10 are to big, even

though the information on the shoe says that they are a size 10. I would think that they should be a size 1

The order was accepted on June 14. The promised delivery time is 2-4 days. No delivery. After a week, contact the customer service. No response for the next two days. Poor service.

Fast delivery. Great brands that can not be found on other websites. Very happy to be able to return for free. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my son and tried all of them to be able to decide which one was the best.
However, an effort need to be done on packaging. The box containing my shoes was enormous and half empty.

I never received my order so its been more than a week im still waiting. can't tell about my goods if they are good or not.
But for the delivery its really bad the CS I gave 3 stars because she told me I ll receive my order on Thursdayor Friday but it was a lie.. i called again and she said i ll receive it next Friday so let's see if its a lie or not but they was nice on phone and respectful

Unfortunately one of the pairs of shoes aren't as I expected so I've returned them
and the delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver them to me - he stuck a 'sorry you weren't in' card and left them in my designated safe place. Very lazy of him
