Delayed dispatch with no reason given, but have now received the items. Unable to track the item when it was dispatched although I believe that this was Hermes.

I can see on your tracking that it was delivered on 27/03 and that your tracking works on the Hermes site. You can track from the email or via your account. The most comfortable shoes I have ever had They look great and cost only a fraction of the price in the shops. Delivery was less than three days from ordering. All in all a great shopping experience. Many thanks - I 'll be back for more,

Shoes arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My only criticism is that a UK 8 can be a 41 or a 42 - and 41 is not big enough (this has happened before). So one pair has been sent back. Returns are easy as long as you can find something to put the shoe box in

No My goods have still not been delivered It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced I have had 2 emails saying the order has been delayed. Then a third saying it was dispatched last Wednesday. Still no sign of it.
Currently very disappointed.

Customer service was very helpful and honest about information regarding to shipping and delivery. Although there was a delay due to warehouse circumstances, tracking was available as soon as it was dispatched. And the best part was, gift voucher was given due to the inconvenience caused.

There was a problem with the delivery and it took longer than I thought

Aigle wellies - a great product at a great price. There was a short delay in shipping and I was emailed to tell me this. The email said I would be updated by email within 24 hours and told a likely delivery date but there was no further communication other than marketing emails.The wellies arrived unannounced yesterday, hence my 3 star ratings for service and delivery.

I still have not recieved my order. After a week wating I finally get an email saying my order has been dispatched but according to the traking information it has not been collected yet. The delivery was delayed (by a few days) but good communication about this. The boots are too wide around the calf and I thought that the buckles and the black leather looked a bit cheap - good fit on the foot and the brown boots were lovely and soft. I have sent them back but have ordered a different brown boot with a smaller calf measurement.

Terrible service - I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for a wedding over 2 weeks ago - they still haven't arrived so I had to use an old pair for the wedding...a week after I placed my order, I then got a message saying the size I ordered for 2 pairs had run out...I'm still waiting for the other 2 pairs I ordered... Who knows when they will arrive

I am satisfied with the good had shoes style before but delivery came late 2 weeks awaiting did contact customer service no reply , good came with no delivery notes or receipt if I wanted to return good I probably have to contact customer service and would take longer.

It is one day away from being 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have still to receive my training shoes - so it is impossible to rate goods - delivery is also zero as no delivery has been made. Received e-mails from customer services to keep me updated - but at the end of the day all I wanted was my order to be delivered (one of the main reasons I chose sarenza was the four day delivery)

I am STILL waiting for my order. Ordered two pairs of shoes (and some shoe protector)... haven't received one pair yet (and the shoe protector is apparently now out of stock). What an awful online shopping experience... waiting a week and a half for a pair of shoes is simply not acceptable - in the competitive world of online clothes sales, I have no idea how this company can expect to survive.
