This site had the shoes that I wanted so I ordered them despite some of the reviews being a bit dubious. The shoes were exactly as ordered and arrived well within the expected dates, we’ll packaged. So no problem at all. I have kept the shoes so can’t comment on refunds etc.

Parcel delayed so told to re-order by one of your operatives. Eventually ended up with 2 pairs of ill-fitting shoes that I had to traipse all over Rutland with to send them back. Shoes very pretty in the picture, but rather tatty on receipt. Not very impressed, won’t be ordering again.

Reason zero rating for for delivery it reach Hermes national sorting office on the 23rd and it's still there now on the 28th. Reason zero rating for goods . Because I have not yet received any goods. Reason zero rating for Customer service. Firstly Hermes will only talk to the supplier not the customer . I've contacted yourselves and explained the situation and up to now I've received no help.

I ordered a size 2.5 and received a size 3. The shoes were too big so I was very disappointed. It’s a shame your email requesting a feedback doesn’t link it to the purchase

Delivery was within a good time frame. Goods (boots) proved to be too large, although I only tried on the left foot the boot was loose fitting, and "slipped" at the heel with lots of space at the toe. Disappointing

I was very happy with the shoes and the customer service. I wasn't happy however with the delivery man. I was home but he didn't ring the door. He just left the box on my door step. I read the confirmation email of delivery 30 mn later so the box could have been stolen in between

Brill and everything I have ordered has been a bargain sale price and all fits perfectly. Really pleased. 4 pairs in 3 different brands ordered so far - all at about half RRP or less. I will continue to use Sarenza - free delivery too what more could you ask for. Really pleased customer.

The refund system is the reason I am only giving Sarenza a limited number of stars. Delivery was good, boots were nice but uncomfortable. The system asks for 14 days to process refunds; mine was less than that but I do not think 14 days is reasonable nor is the fact that, because of that catch-all, they will not give any estimate of time other than repeat the policy. It is a no-no from here on.
