Your service is excellent - absolutely 100. I have returned items only because they are too big - although I’m a UK size 2 and a half. Or so I thought. I might try a size 2 in future, but this size is not always available in my preferred shoe.

Beautiful Geox boots, gorgeous supple leather super quality.
I did, unfortunately return, but only due to the fit, I ordered a half size bigger as other reviewers had suggested and were perfect foot wise and also around calf, but then were very baggy at the top. Quite disappointed as are super boots, just not my fit.

Shoes were too small (I knew they might be but didn't have my ideal size), but Customer Service is great for returns, so, apart from not having the shoes, I am still very happy with the service. Highly recommended Sarenza, have bought from them many times.

The wrong size was sent and the correct size was then out of stock. A little frustrating but my payment was refunded and I was able to buy the shoes elsewhere. I was unlucky this time but it won’t put me off buying from Sarenza in the future.

They are beautiful boots but my feet do not fit into them while wearing socks.
In winter I need socks to keep my feet warm. I am sorry to have to return them.

It took longer than stated for delivery, the tracking link didn't show any information for days, customer service were useless in finding out where my parcel was & doing anything to make the situation better.

Our standard deliveries are made between Monday to Friday in up to four working days. We do have Express service for a delivery within 24 hours for a speedier service. Here for any other questions. The shoes seemed to take quite a while to arrive from the date of order. The shoes are quite wide although the length is fine. Will have to buy an inner sole to try out the fit again but may have to return otherwise.

The espadrilles are not khaki but beige - the same colour as ones I have already. The parcel was left on the front step with no notification of delivery. I am disappointed as Sarenza have previously been very good.

I had to make a return for the next size up. To secure an exchange the client operator consulted the supervisor and I was informed I would have to pay extra for the same ankle boot size 38. I have returned the 37 which was too petite having been advised the 37 was true to size. On the day of ordering both sizes were the same price. I am still waiting for a reply and still waiting for my exchange.
