Trunk arrived damaged. Logicline took two months to process refund and then deducted shipping to me (which was "free") and their collection costs (around £19). Escalated to PayPal who ruled in my favour despite Logicline insisting the trunk was blemish free. As they refused to confirm to PayPal that the trunk had been returned or provide tracking information, I was unable to recoup shipping costs.

As per our reply to your Trustpilot and Google reviews: We pride ourselves highly on the quality of the handmade bespoke product that we produce in our factory, as well as our personal customer service for which we have received many very positive reviews, so we were sorry to hear that you wished to return your trunk as it was not to your liking.
Our standard T&C's clearly state that the goods must either be returned at your own expense, or we will arrange the collection with our couriers and the return charges will be deducted from the refund.
We have fully cooperated with Paypal in this case regarding these charges and after all of the documents and facts were provided to them, they ruled in our favour. However, as this did indeed prolong their decision by several weeks we would like to offer you a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill on any future order you may wish to make.

Brilliant. A personal service with real humans! Just great to deal with... And no judgement when I got the sizes wrong! Collected and replaced in time for use. Fab company x
Delivery of box and collection was smooth and easy, even when I had amendments to be made to the delivery instructions and arrange a return of an item, the transaction and communication was seamless. Will definitely recommend this company.

Well made trunks. Customer service was fantastic. There was.a problem due to the delivery company but Matt went above and beyond to sort the issue out. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.
