Love that the descriptions are accurate and items in really good condition on arrival. Prices can be very reasonable, especially if there's a sale but you have to know your stuff to see if it's a bargain or not. Contact could be a lot better and can sometimes not get a response from website messages which is disappointing.

Stone refurb are all to happy to take your money, but as to their so-called tech support it would appear nearly non existent. No follow up calls even when they say they will call. After buying an 'A' rated pc from them, it died four days later. Not good enough for what was meant to be a basically new pc. When it came back it was minus a power cable (more expense). I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Great value for money
The computer and monitor that I bought seemed excellent value for money and seem to work well. The two things that could be improved, a bit more information on the types of sockets on computer and monitor as I ended up ordering the wrong lead. Secondly it was a bit of a battle getting a vat receipt. I sent a message via the website and got no response, I also left a voice message with no response. When I did finally speak to somebody she was very helpful and sent the receipt immediately. I would use stone refurb again and recommend to other as they are such excellent value!

I found the website easy to navigate…but lack of attention to details.
I found the website easy to navigate and to find what I was interested in however there was limited information on the individual laptops I was looking at e.g. there were 2 Dell laptops of different models but there was no information on how they were different so it was difficult to choose which one to buy....I had to guess. So overall the experience was good but they lack attention to detail and that is important to me.

Slow to begin but much improved tech service
Laptop arrived promptly but isn't configured properly. Tech response was via email and very slow. After several days they agreed to arrange pick up. Once I left a two star review here it was all very quick and within 5 days we had a working laptop back with us. Thanks for accelerating It!

Brilliant Value, to say it was marked grade C it’s really good condition, only gripe I have is that the battery health is at 40% but other than that not a problem with it well worth it especially from such a reputable brand like stone

Slight technical issues when pc arrived. Had to personally reinstall windows 10 as was corrupted on delivery, but a technician was helpful over the phone and now pc is working fine
