The little critter arrived safe and well and had obviously been well looked after on its journey to the wilds of north Wales.
Once acclimatised it will be released into a remote valley In Snowdonia as part of a scheme to bring back this timid creature that was all but wiped out in Wales 500 years ago. The delivery service was first rate, as usual and I would strongly recommend this company's service to anyone requiring a haggis.

I visited Macsween haggis factory in September while on a visit to Scotland, I was hoping for a shop where their products could be bought, unfortunately the secretary at reception told me that their shop had closed some time ago. Undeterred, when I returned home to N.Ireland I ordered some of their products online. After 3 days I received an email saying that my order was being refunded as they couldn’t deliver perishable items to N. Ireland. I was very disappointed. I realise this is probably a fallout of the treacherous protocol and Brexit fallout imposed on N. Ireland by the incompetent Bojo but a simple message on Mcsweens website would have save me some wasted time. In regards to their haggis, it’s beautiful, second to none! Just

Product was excellent. However, dpd reported having delivered it 'safely' to us. We had asked them to leave by back gate if we weren't in. My husband was in but they didn't knock & he found it an hour later on the front step. Dpd messaged they had left package in the porch. We don't have a porch!! Rubbish service!

Thought the gluten free haggis was very small for the £3.75 price tag. Also almost £7 for standard postage in a box that was far too large for the item. Will only feed one person

Only problem was photo gave impression of larger unit. At the price I thought it wax 400g not 200g.paid twice the price for half the product size versus last year.

Hello. I do apologise if the website was not clear. I can see that you are referring to the Gluten free haggis product. Last year Macsween discontinued production of the 400g product and replaced it with the smaller size. We updated our site accordingly, clearly describing the new size and, crucially, revising down the price.
Taking all this information into account I, respectfully, do not think it is fair or accurate to state that you "paid twice the price for half the product"

Disappointed with the very small size of the gluten free haggis. Have always had larger ones in the past.

Hello
Unfortunately the manufacturer, Macsween, discontinued the larger 400g size and are now only making the smaller size.
