Superb customer service. First parcel despatch never arrived because it got as far as the courier's Bicester Depot and no further. Goodness knows what happened to it. I informed Haggis UK of this problem and within a very short time they had replied to my email and informed me that I could either have a refund or they would despatch more Haggis on Monday 4th December. It arrived today Tuesday, 5th December and is safely stored ready for New Year's Eve. Many thanks for the delicious Haggis.
What in our opinion has let this company down was the absolutely dreadful delivery.
DPD need to get their act together. It was very clear that instructions said to deliver £150 of haggis to our address, or leave it in our safe place, but obviously this was too complicated for the idiot delivery driver, who delivered it to our next door neighbour, and even took a photo of the front door with the box on their doorstep, our door is green theirs is white. They were going away for Christmas so I hate to wonder what the haggis would've been like if they had gone away before the delivery. Luckily my neighbours carried it round to me, and I have contacted the company and DPD.
Had to order an emergency gluten-free haggis. Be warned - the McSween gluten free haggis at 200g is TINY; barely bigger than a fat sausage. Prices are seriously overinflated compared to the shops. DPD delivery guy didn't ring the bell, ignored my instructions to leave by front door just in case, and left it round the side where I found it, several hours later and completely defrosted.

Dented soup can - not for consumption
One of the products was damaged and not in good condition. My partner, who
is senior in Public Health, advises a dented soup can should not be opened and used when dented. Therefore product not being used. Waste of money.
Advice below:
As long as the can is in good shape, the contents should be safe to eat. NEVER USE food from cans that are leaking, bulging, or badly dented; cracked jars or jars with loose or bulging lids; canned food with a foul odor; or any container that spurts liquid when opening. Such cans could contain Clostridium botulinum.is senior in public health, advises the can should not be used.

very poor value for money!
Ordered the Gluten free Haggis, my mistake I went on the McSween website where the GF was shown as serves 2-3 and didn't read properly on order that it was a single main course for 1
however even for one person they are tiny! Picture shows it compared to an egg.
I know GF is always more expensive but these are really not value for money and then a £10 delivery charge.

Not worth the money
Completely floored with the size of the haggis, definitely not worth the price. Only serves one portion The packaging was way over the top for the item too

Hi. As discussed with you on the phone , the GF haggis that you purchased was (and continues to be) clearly described and sold as "200g - serves one". We do use thermal packaging and ice with all our fresh haggis to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
