Superb customer service. First parcel despatch never arrived because it got as far as the courier's Bicester Depot and no further. Goodness knows what happened to it. I informed Haggis UK of this problem and within a very short time they had replied to my email and informed me that I could either have a refund or they would despatch more Haggis on Monday 4th December. It arrived today Tuesday, 5th December and is safely stored ready for New Year's Eve. Many thanks for the delicious Haggis.
What in our opinion has let this company down was the absolutely dreadful delivery.
DPD need to get their act together. It was very clear that instructions said to deliver £150 of haggis to our address, or leave it in our safe place, but obviously this was too complicated for the idiot delivery driver, who delivered it to our next door neighbour, and even took a photo of the front door with the box on their doorstep, our door is green theirs is white. They were going away for Christmas so I hate to wonder what the haggis would've been like if they had gone away before the delivery. Luckily my neighbours carried it round to me, and I have contacted the company and DPD.
Hello. Please note that you had selected tomorrow's date for delivery. As I explained on the phone it is being dispatched today for delivery tomorrow, as per your original request. Easy web page to order the best Sottish haggis from. Very good experience with respect to delivery for many years and we trust that it will be so also this year! As always the food supplied is amazing and of top quality. Super fast delivery and all items packaged safely and securely to travel the length of the country, I'm in Cornwall. Nice long dates on each item allows for planning ahead without the overuse of a freezer. I couldn't ask for a better service when it comes to my haggis

I like it that you have gluten-free haggis, as I have Coeliac Disease and we really enjoy it, because it's not as spicy as one of the other gluten-free haggis we tried, before finding yours.

The taste of the haggis was excellent, better than we expected. It was obviously made with good and fresh ingredients. Helped to make our New year Eve special.
