A very good, reliable, professional service. A long list of various auto electrical items were ordered and they all came quickly (2 working days with Royal Mail), well packed with great attention to detail. Just amazing, every part was clearly identified, helping greatly in seeing what is what, with detailed printed labels on component bags, even bespoke lengths of cable and tubing, neatly coiled, of various sizes all came tagged with labels! Again the despatch note is clearly set out and with mini photos of each item. I could not want more. Many thanks.

They are fine for vehicle electrics and marine cable, terminals, etc, etc, and for customer service but a selection of better quality marine lighting would be appreciated. I recently purchased two chrome finished LED downlighters which had poor quality chrome plating and were of inferior general quality compared with earlier purchases at similar pricing from marine chandlers.

Export order, but not clear if you charged UK VAT. It would be better if you had Trusted Trader Status with Ireland. Sorry!

Hi. We don't charge UK VAT on orders being shipped into the EU. Please see the Delivery & Returns section of our website where it states that all orders into the EU will require import VAT to be paid and that these, along with any customs duties, are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. https://www.12voltplanet.co.uk/delivery-returns.html Best regards

I can see from our support ticketing system that one of our customer support team replied to your e-mail enquiry on the same day (14th June) requesting some further information but unfortunately we did not hear back from you. I cannot see any mention of a discount being offered and I can assure you that we would always offer a replacement or refund in the first instance where incorrect goods have been sent. Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review and I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was short of 3 terminals. These bags of terminals come prepacked by our supplier so we will raise the issue with them and we will get this rectified for you today by sending out the missing terminals for delivery tomorrow.
