Ordered a Wylex 3 way consumer unit, paid for it and received a confirmation order.
Without any communication I received via email a credit note with no explanation why, and no further communication from them.
And you want me to rate their customer service, unfortunately you do not suply a zero rating to give them, which is what they deserve.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
