What a great company - excellent service and communications. Because the lamps I'd ordered were slightly different to those pictured on their website and the last they had in stock, they sent me details of the lamps they had prior to sending to check they suited my requirements - which they did. They were carefully packaged and arrived in absolutely perfect order. Very happy. A high standard of service from a friendly team. I am happy to highly recommend.
Communication could be better. I ordered an item that said had been dispatched but over a week later it hadn't arrived. When I phoned I was told it was out of stock. I then received an email the following day to say it would take up to 60 days to arrive., did I want to cancel or continue. I cancelled the order
