Great product supplied. Would be better if all required products were shown on the same page or at least linked to a new page. For example I needs kitchen door hinges, the hinge and bracket are seperate however you have to search for them yourself rather than them being linked together which is difficult if you don’t know which parts you specifically need or if they fit together. Delivery also quite slow.

I am really sorry to hear that. I looked at your order and there was a stock issue on an end of line product. I do appologise again for that error on our part. This is a very rare occurance.

We appologise that there has been an issue with Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail for smaller orders and DPD for larger orders. We have limited control with Royal Mail due to the lack of tracking they have however we will always sort out any issues.
