Great product supplied. Would be better if all required products were shown on the same page or at least linked to a new page. For example I needs kitchen door hinges, the hinge and bracket are seperate however you have to search for them yourself rather than them being linked together which is difficult if you don’t know which parts you specifically need or if they fit together. Delivery also quite slow.

Delivery was a little slower than expected, the Kwikcaps we ordered only cam in 14mm and not 20mm that would be ideal for coving cams.

I had to make contact with the company before completing my online order as there was an issue with P&P at check out. I did live chat which was followed up with an email once the problem was resolved. Gary’s response was quick, polite and efficient. Door knobs exactly as described, and arrived quickly with additional screws added to the order for free. I wanted some extra knobs to add to our serving hatch, to match my new Homebase kitchen. They match perfectly and finish it off.
