We have been using mole for a while now and at the start our dog who needs grain free etc the wet and dry food used to come really quickly but I would say in the last 6 months even though we order the food in plenty of time we can run out due to the time it takes to send out the food I would also recommend that if there is a delay in one of the products then it would be nice to contact the customer as one time it took nearly 3weeks to receive our order due to the dry food being out of stock but they really should have contacted us and sent out the wet instead but overall the staff are pleasant to deal with and helpful
The items I purchased were shown as in stock at time of ordering and the delivery information stated that delivery would be 3 - 5 working days.
A week after placing the order, I had not received any dispatch confirmation so sent a query asking for an update. Within 24 hours I received an automated mail stating my order had been dispatched with a link to track it. The link didn’t work, so I sent another query asking for a new link. The next day I received a response to my initial query to inform me my order would be dispatched that day! The following day I received a response to my second query about the tracking link which included a tracking number. I then received my order later the same day. Overall, the experience was ok as I received my order and the product is good. However, the delivery and communication to customers isn’t so good. I’ve spoken to other people that have ordered from them online and they’ve stated that they have had similar experiences.
We have lots of good quality dog beds for our 4 Golden Doodles. However I had been looking for a calming bed for some time, but all those I had read the reviews for, didn’t seem very good.
I’ve wasted so much money in the past on poor quality beds, that look comfortable until you realise that the base thin and when washed you end up with an uneven layer.
I saw this one whilst on holiday in one of your stores and decided to order it in the knowledge that it was a Country Dog bed.
I wasn’t sure if the dogs would like it or not but absolutely they love it.
Time will tell how well it washes and if it wears well, but I’m optimistic that it will😊

Easy to order what I wanted. However the order was put into split deliveries and I was not informed of this meaning I had to contact customer services when initially only half of the order arrived. Making contact was not easy, no answer to emails and the telehphone just rang until it rang off. Did make contact with soemone eventually with a chat message on Whatsapp - maybe a sign of the times?

The item I ordered was as described but had delivered to a collection point the courier was DHL when I collected it the packaging was torn open and also after I received a message from DHL saying it would be delivered on Tuesday it wasn't it was delivered to the collection point late Wednesday afternoon

Sometimes slow being despatched
I cannot gauge how early to order my feed as despatch time is not consistent. I appreciate stock not always available but when I have had a problem it has always been resolved in a helpful and friendly manner. I cannot get out to buy feed locally, old age and mobility problems .

Great support from Mole
The items I ordered were delivered on time but despite being well packed and in an undamaged outer box, one of the two jars inside was broken. I contacted customer service, sent relevant photos and within two days I had a refund for the broken item. They were polite and friendly.

Great service
First order took the full 5 working days to get here and I was kind of wondering from the reviews I read. However, my second order was with me within 2 working days. No damage, great service and my dogs like the canned food. Just wish there were more flavours for the premium cans.

The whole experience was easy and delivery quick. I ordered ladies wellies and they are slightly bigger than my previous pair but as with my last pair I’m hoping they will last just as long. Expensive Hunters Did Not so I’m pretty impressed with the ones from mole valley

excellent service but the peanuts that arrived were not whole they were very bad broken as if the parcel had been dropped. T he birds and the quirrels won't mind but it meas there is a bit of wastage as they fall out of the feeders.

Great Service
Dog food at great prices delivered to my door in good time. Needed to find dog food that contained no rice or chicken. Not easy but found Salmon and Sweet Potato at Mole and received my delivery a few days after ordering it.
