Great choice of designs and styles on the website. I loved the fact that there was an individual choice of sizes, lighting, demysting and additional features so my mirror design was unique to me. The parcel arrived in super quick time and the packaging was absolutely exceptional. Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Mirror 1500mmx 1000mm
Mirrors look great from the front but very impractical to mount. No specific instructions are supplied for the round ones, which are the products I purchased, only the square and rectangular ones. The instructions are pretty generic for the whole range.
The design of the back isn’t very good, leaving all the construction bare and the round, metal template that houses the strip of lights around it is quite sharp and sits flush on the surface of the wall, which marks paintwork as soon as you try to hang them. Very annoying.
I wouldn’t recommend for someone wanting to install their own mirrors that does not have a lot of experience hanging pictures and mirrors.
Front = looks great
Back = poorly designed
The images are all AI generated and give no real indication of how much light the mirror gives off.
They do not show any difference in the amount of front facing light the LED lights give off so I purchased the ambient light option based on these images because I wanted both front facing and ambient light.
Upon arrival it was quickly clear that my face would not be illuminated by the built in lights, so the mirror is totally unusable and I have no way of getting a refund. I quickly contacted the team asking what options I had, but they totally dismissed my request for help.
I feel the mirror was missold and the AI generated images on the website are very misleading.

Poor quality product and service
The product quality was quite poor and not worth the cost. The item was supplied with inappropriate fixings which meant it was unsafe when hanging. Tried to resolve with them but their customer service was appalling and did not resolve the issue. Would recommend avoiding

They should be placed as outlined in the instructions, with the bracket protruding only 25mm from the wall, which was not done in your case.

Poor quality damaged mirror.
But will not offer an exchange as the installer didn’t take of the end caps.
Installer took of the bracket off the back of the mirror so he could mount the bracket in the wall when he took off the end cap realised the mirror is crack he then informed off the damage
But we have been told the as we have removed the bracket off the back of the mirror that there is. I warranty
Also led strip have been put on with poor quality and hang loses
For a £500 mirror you might as well buy a cheape £150 mirror from china
My advise stay clear from this company very poor service and well below par for a £500 mirror

Production Time: Our production process is made-to-order, and we do not keep mirrors in stock. As mentioned on our website, the production time is 7 working days, and we require an additional 5 working days for delivery.

Very expensive for what it is. Very underwhelmed. A similar mirror found online for a third of the price. Regret buying. Doesn’t look the heavy price tag paid. Needs 8 batteries. Should have provided batteries at least for this price.

Mirror arrived broken, it was mounted anyway as the electricians were booked in. Wanted a replacement but was told it couldn’t be replaced free of charge as it had been mounted so I had to buy another one as it was part of pair.

As we mentioned in our instructions and on the stickers on the back of the mirror, after hanging the mirror, a complaint related to damage will not be accepted, because it is impossible to verify whether the defect was caused when the mirror was mounted on the wall.
Additionally, we make sure that this information is visible, because the hangers are secured with a sticker that informs about the need to check the entire condition of the mirror before removing it.

Exploded mirror
I had a mirror fitted as your instructions and it exploded in less than a week with no one in the bathroom thank god , I have pictures of the damage it has caused in our refurbished bathroom

Good morning,
Unfortunately, Your review is not correct. The mirror was not hung according to our instructions. In the photo You can clearly see the intact pendants, which means that you hung the mirror on white plastic profiles. In the manual and on the website there is clear information not to hang the mirror in this way, but You did not follow this information, and then you reported that the mirror was falling off the wall on its own.
If the mirror had been properly hung on the silver hangers at the back of the mirror - the mirror would not have fallen down, or the hangers would have been unglued from the back of the mirror, and as we can see in the photo the hangers are intact - therefore the complaint was rejected.
