Great choice of designs and styles on the website. I loved the fact that there was an individual choice of sizes, lighting, demysting and additional features so my mirror design was unique to me. The parcel arrived in super quick time and the packaging was absolutely exceptional. Very impressed with this company from start to finish. Mirror 1500mmx 1000mm
Mirrors look great from the front but very impractical to mount. No specific instructions are supplied for the round ones, which are the products I purchased, only the square and rectangular ones. The instructions are pretty generic for the whole range.
The design of the back isn’t very good, leaving all the construction bare and the round, metal template that houses the strip of lights around it is quite sharp and sits flush on the surface of the wall, which marks paintwork as soon as you try to hang them. Very annoying.
I wouldn’t recommend for someone wanting to install their own mirrors that does not have a lot of experience hanging pictures and mirrors.

Mirror Size: The size of the mirror was chosen by you on our website, and you opted for the smaller size with a 50cm diameter.
LED Tape: The mirror you selected is battery-operated and not connected to the mains. We provide information indicating that this type of mirror has a different power capacity compared to regular ones.
Production Time: Our production process is made-to-order, and we do not keep mirrors in stock. As mentioned on our website, the production time is 7 working days, and we require an additional 5 working days for delivery.

It had a light as described, but the light emitted was so low as not to be that useful- especially when you consider the cost £199. Perhaps more practical information on level of light (not technical) for potential buyers so they know what they are buying.

However, on our website we provide detailed information regarding the power of our LED strips (in lumens), as well as their shade. In case of doubt, you can, of course, contact us directly for advice, but the opinion on the power of lighting is very subjective and can be different for customers, which is why we provide all necessary information on the website to be able to choose the perfect lighting for yourself.

A stunning unique mirror that looks incredible on our wall.
The mirror arrived well packaged to prevent damage in transit.
My only criticism of the mirror is how close the hanging points are relative to the size of the mirror. Ideally these should be spaced further apart to prevent movement. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I live off grid and my only power is a generator, so my battery operated light is fab in my bathroom when the generator is off.
I found it very difficult to hang and not looking forward to changing the batteries, but hopefully that won't be anytime in the near future.

The bluetooth connection stopped…
I was impressed with such a good after-sale service. I had a problem with the bluetooth connection with the Artforma bathroom mirror speakers. They reached out and offered to help. The problem is now solved.
