I ordered my kitchen from IKEA and while the units arrived on time, the bespoke worktops just kept being delayed and delayed. After 6 weeks, 5 delayed deliveries and no sign of them materialising, I was forced to cancel the order and the kitchen installation came to a complete standstill for weeks. I found Worktop Express online and they had a fantastic range of non-standard size worktops. Grey Haze Andromeda is lovely and suits the wood and grey green of my new kitchen beautifully. The best bit? They were ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Excellent service! My installer also said that they're very good quality. Thank you!

I ordered 2 worktops and requested delivery on the 11th as they being shipped abroad.. Also I requested they be delivered to Shipping Companys address as I couldn't change the delivery address on the pre order form and sent a copy as proof.
This was ignored by the admin staff. I raised this but was made to feel it was my responsibility to check their work. I had to pay an additional delivery fee and was told they now have the full details including contact number. I was surprised to receive 3 calls from the delivery driver. He was also trying to collect the undelivered items from my home address. Due to you staffs errors, I missed the shipping deadline which will delay work by 6 weeks and additional costs of £115.00. I find this unacceptable

The delivery drivers were less than helpful. My builder had to attend a funeral so was not there to accept delivery. I asked them to leave the worktops at the back of the property and would accept responsibility. I was told they can't. I had to arrange to leave work to go down to the house and they said they would wait 5 mins max. Not helpful when unexpected problems arise.

Delivery charge of £35.00 which had no other options to it total for a laminate 3m long work top was over £200.00

I wouldn't buy fro. Them or recommend.
Better to go to a local builder merchant and get it delivered

Worktop Express have been absolutely brilliant. I ordered the wrong colour worktops and the customer service could not have been more helpful. They answer emails within 5 minutes and arranged a return for two days later. Thom was so helpful and this kind of customer service is extremely rare. If I ever need worktops again I will definitely use worktop express as the quality of the worktops were so good. The mistake I made was not ordering samples first so the problem was entirely my fault. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Website is really easy to use. Confirmation of my order and delivery were first class too, with regular emails updating me. I had a damaged worktop when they were delivered, but the customer service was exceptional. I received a replacement within two days and was kept informed throughout. I would definitely recommend. All dealings with Worktop-Express were handled professionally & courteously.

Easy to use worktop design tool. Quick answer to question on draft design prior to confirmation. Quick delivery time and delivery driver contacted me by phone whenn 30 mins away. Very polite and professional. Worktops are now in place and perfect. Excellent service from start to finish. Also very good price.

The service was excellent. Informed by emails each stage of delivery and then phone call stating time. Delivery men very pleasant and helpful. Have not removed the plastic covering as yet from the world the worktops to inspect as I am an OAP so I will wait for the fitter but they do look very nice.

Delivered on the day requested at the time of order. Regular communication on order progress & confirmation of time slot given the previous day & on the day. Call 30 mins before delivery. Care was taken when bringing the worktops in. Excellent service.

Living in one of UK mainland's more remote postcodes it's often a problem getting things delivered without a ridiculous surcharge. Not a problem for this outfit. Delivered within 2 days, excellent service. Will definitely use them again.
