I have always purchased Dell for my business in the past but the last two purchases with them were a complete and utter rigmarole which put me off using them again. Having Googled 'Best laptop 2024' and then read good on-line reviews by independent testing gurus I looked at Acer for the first time and was impressed with the choice and the prices when compared to Dell. So I purchased one and also pleased that I was contacted beforehand by phone and was also offered an additional discount. (Because I entered my phone number on their website enquiry). I now hope the laptop lives up to my expectations.

The access to the Acer store was easy and the instructions to follow that point you at the items you are looking for where very easy and accurate. The thing I liked the most was the fact that I had just found Acer's recycled plastic laptop and I was really pleased when I found a range of plastic accessories, great.

One time pass code on transaction was missing - transaction kept failing because of this but ACER system blamed the transaction failure on the bank refusing the payment when it was ACER payment system that was not generating the one time verification.

Happy with the website performance, products and discounts available. Purchase new laptop for our granddaughter’s birthday. We hope she will be very happy with it. Software more expensive than on other retailers websites.

make the whole process easier. assume all your potential customers are wary of pushing the wrong buttons for a rather expensive purchace without at least a little reasurance most of us have bought cars for less!!

After entering the code numbers of the product we wanted, we had to sort through a mountain of products, but eventually we found what we were looking for. Looking forward to receiving item shortly.

eASY TO WORK THROUGH ORDER . THE FREE GIFT OF MICROSOFT PERSONAL 365 WAS ALMOST HIDDEN, COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN OVERLLOKED WHEN PLACING THE ORDER

This will be my third ACER, good value, lasts 4 years plus, easy to shop at the ACER store. Awaiting delivery and set up at this time.

User friendly software. Stated that Microsoft Office would automatically added on checkout but it didn't show in the basket.

The website is easy to navigate and descriptions and details are clear and easy to understand (even for a luddite like me).

Good customer support didn't have to wait long to get to speak to someone and my question was answered promptly.

Easy to use website - fast ordering, plenty of choice and cheaper than the big 2 online electrical stores!!!!

It would have been even better if this ancient laptop, that I am using to order the new one, wasn't so slow!
