Exemplary customer service.
The lady who dealt with my order, (apologies I have forgotten her name provided exemplary customer service. I had mistakenly ordered coils twice and she posted the 1st order and held back on the second as she rightly surmised I had made a mistake. I mentioned to her I’d bought an Innokin vape but was confused about which lithium battery to buy for it. She went out of her way to advise me what to get and directed me towards an online supplier. Very impressed & I’m just about to order more coils from a now trusted supplier.

This was my first purchase with the company. Unfortunately, there was a delay in receiving the product. Instead of 2 days it took 6 days to reach me. There was a problem with their age verification software that caused this. To be fair, they did contact me after 3 days to inform me of this and were able to sort it out over the phone. If the software issue is resolved I'm sure they are fine.

The delay was with Royal Mail, instead of arriving on time on 20th/21st they delivered on the 24th July.
There was an issue with age verification but this didn't delay us sending your order at all and we were in contact straight away.
