I ordered 4 pairs of trial glasses. They sent via Royal Mail which made it easy to arrange for a pick up when I wasn't in. The frames were good quality, much better than Glasses Direct. The return service was very easy via the website, and by attaching the return label to the original box. They received back quickly, and my online account showed the returns. Much, much better experience than Glasses Direct, who removed my Trustpilot review as they didn't like the response to their lack of response... Once I have my prescription I will definitely buy through Mr Spex.

After receiving my order, I started receiving a lot of spam emails from Mister Spex. I kept asking them to stop; they kept sending it. In the end I had to point out that they were breaking data laws by sending so much junk. In retaliation they emailed Quidco and told them not to pay the £6.37 cashback I had earned by making the purchase. Awful. I will never use them again.

Good value but slow delivery

Specified delivery time isn't the fastest anyway, but the wait seemed worth the price saving on competitors. However then received notification that there would be a further delay. No problem with price, or goods but don't order if in a hurry!
